Registration Central Filmplanning

Rotterdam welcomes all media productions. The city has developed a policy with a protocol for 'Filming in Rotterdam'.

The RMC has a Central Film Planning to facilitate communication between the municipality, local licensing bodies and the AV industry. All shooting schedules and locations are mapped in this planning. This way film activities are well-organized and unnecessary work for municipal agencies is prevented. Moreover, the RMC can make efforts to avoid unwanted situations. For example: two film crews on one location at the same time or an overload for a particular neighbourhood.

Below you will find the registration form for the Central Film Planning. All fields are required and must be filled out. After registration the producer receives a certificate of registration with advise for permits and exemptions. All applicants should familiarise themselves with the Protocol 'Filming in Rotterdam'.
